Is Touma in love with Index?
At the beginning of the series Touma saved Index from the fate of having her memories erased every year and she has been living with him ever since. She is in love with him but it is unknown if he feels the same towards her.

It personally makes no real sense to me. He knows that his ability is to negate every single supernatural ability no matter the strenght, even if that person is a level 5 esper that nobody can do anything against.
