Simple, greenskins are not chaotically evil. They simply follow their natural instinct of bashing “da otha ones” head in. A man is not evil for following his instincts to hunt so why would the greenskins be evil for kinda doing the same thing.

Falling to Chaos would be a death sentence to an Eldar, as they would eventually be claimed by Slaanesh and their souls consumed to sate her unending hunger.

Yes. But by confirming that a Genestealer cult can be corrupted by Chaos, then there is the possibility of such a cult that can be subverted to another entity besides the Hive Mind or at least break away from its control, thus leading to the creation of a new god if it grew large enough.
