Warner Leisure Hotels has acquired Heythrop Park Resort from Firoka Ltd, as part of its expansion plans. The acquisition of Heythrop Park follows Warner’s recent £50m transformation of Studley Castle in Warwickshire, which is scheduled to open in March 2019.
