Is Eden Project closing?

PR. The Eden Project is to remain closed to visitors into the New Year for safety reasons following last weekend’s flooding and landslips. Managers at Eden have made the decision to extend the closure after further assessments of the damage to the site and say the earliest it could reopen is January 6, 2021.

It’s also worth noting that we have lots of sheltered places to enjoy your food, including a new indoor seating area where you can even enjoy your own picnic (in the big white Stage at the centre of our gardens).

Free parking onsite There is ample free visitor parking at Eden. From the car parks, you can either walk down to the visitor entrance and ticket desks or take a free park and ride bus (temporarily suspended during the coronavirus pandemic).

It might seem like it’s designed for children, but as a group of young adults we found it a really fun day out with a massive helping of knowledge on the side.
